REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Hot Honey Air Fried Salmon:
*To reheat in pan - Pour all components from Tupperware into a pan, stove top. Turn to low-medium heat setting for 2 minutes. Stir, and continue to heat for another minute. Then, enjoy!
*To reheat in microwave - Place entire components of Tupperware for 2 minutes. Stir everything together and enjoy!
2. Pineapple Ground Beef:
*To reheat in pan - Pour all components in Tupperware into a pan, stove top. Turn to low-medium heat setting for 2 minutes. Stir, and continue to heat for another minute. Then, enjoy!
*To reheat in microwave - Place entire components of Tupperware for 2 minutes. Stir everything together and enjoy!
3. Arugula Panko Crusted Chicken Cutlet:
*If NOT reheating at all - Take both halves of lemon & squeeze evenly all over arugula. Stir all components together & enjoy!
*If reheating in air fryer *(preferred) - Remove chicken ONLY from Tupperware & place directly in air fryer. Turn to 360-370 degrees. Reheat for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes. While chicken is reheating, take both halves of lemon & squeeze evenly all over arugula. Replace chicken over fresh bed of arugula. Mix all components together and enjoy!
*If reheating in microwave - Remove chicken ONLY from Tupperware & place on microwavable plate. Reheat for 1 minute. While chicken is reheating, take both halves of lemon & squeeze evenly all over chicken. Replace chicken over bed of arugula, mix together all components, and enjoy!
4. Jules’s Blueberry Bliss Power Cakes:
*If reheating in microwave - Place pancakes ONLY on a microwavable plate & cover loosely with a paper towel. Reheat for 45 seconds- 1 1/12 minutes. Add the cinnamon syrup and/or peanut butter syrup to top to your liking and enjoy!
*If reheating in toaster oven - Place pancakes ONLY directly onto the try of the toaster oven. Reheat for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Add cinnamon syrup and/or peanut butter syrup to top to your own liking!
5. Hella Healthy Steak Sandwich:
*If reheating in air-fryer: Place sandwich in air fryer. Turn to 360-370 degrees and heat for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
*If reheating in oven: Turn oven to 400 degrees. Place sandwich on a cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
