Balanced Bites started the way so many good things in life do — right at home, from our kitchen!

As a couple focused on both fitness & clean eating, we were already used to spending our Sundays meal prepping — fueling our bodies with high-protein, low fat meals created from the freshest, simplest of ingredients.

The results we saw in our own health & performance inspired us to share that same success with others!

What started as a personal weekly routine quickly transpired into something bigger — a true passion for helping others to eat healthier without the stress.

So that is how Balanced Bites was born!

We designed a service for anyone chasing a goal, needing some help cutting back time in their kitchen, or wanting to feel better through food!

We believe success is better when it’s shared.
